1. Operator and definitions
The operator of the KursTradera.pl site available at www.kurstradera.pl (“the Site”) is ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (Zordon Intelligence Sp. z o.o.), KRS 0001190915, NIP 7252358503, REGON 542545843, e-mail hi@zordonintelligence.pl.
The terms used in these Terms of Service mean:
- User — any person using the Site, regardless of whether they have an account (the Site does not maintain accounts).
- Content — lessons, articles, the glossary, tools, charts, comparisons, rankings, side-by-side reviews and any other materials published on the Site.
- Offer — the description of a product, service or promotion of a third party (a broker, bank, exchange, platform) presented on the Site.
- Affiliate link — a link whose click may result in remuneration for the Operator from a third party.
2. The nature of the Site
KursTradera.pl is an educational site of an informational nature. We do not conduct brokerage activity, we do not accept or transmit orders, we do not manage portfolios, we do not offer financial instruments and we do not provide investment advice services within the meaning of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (ustawa o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi). The materials describe market mechanisms and the decision-making process — they are not instructions to buy or sell any instrument.
We make the Site available free of charge, in a publicly accessible form. Use of the Site means acceptance of the Terms of Service to the extent that this does not infringe mandatorily applicable law, in particular consumer protection legislation.
Using the Site requires a device with a current browser that supports JavaScript and local storage. Some features (progress, notes, quizzes) work only locally in the browser and are not synchronised between devices.
3. No advice, no guarantees
None of the published content constitutes an investment recommendation, investment research or a recommendation within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council (MAR) and its implementing acts. Nor is it an offer to acquire or dispose of financial instruments or an invitation to submit offers. All examples, charts, screenshots and figures are illustrative and refer to hypothetical or historical situations.
Investing and trading involve the risk of losing part or all of the capital invested. Results achieved in the past — including results presented in educational materials, backtests and examples — do not guarantee future results and are not a reliable indicator of them. No method or strategy described eliminates risk. You make investment decisions yourself, on your own responsibility and after reading the current documents of your broker.
- We do not guarantee the achievement of any financial result or the effectiveness of the methods described.
- We do not guarantee that a bonus, reward or the conditions of a promotion described on the Site will be granted — that is decided solely by the terms and conditions of the given organiser.
- We do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
- Decisions to open an account, pay in funds, enter into a transaction or take advantage of a promotion are yours alone, made on your own responsibility and after reading the documents of the given entity.
4. Affiliate links, monetisation and the order of rankings
Some of the links on the site are affiliate (partner) links. If you click such a link and open an account, make a deposit or sign up for a programme, the site's operator may receive a commission. The commission does not change the terms of the offer available to you and does not increase your costs — it is paid by the partner out of its own margin. The site also displays Google ads (AdSense). Ads do not influence the content of the materials or the order of positions in the rankings — no operator can buy that.
The order of positions in the rankings reflects an editorial assessment against the criteria described in the methodology of that ranking and does not depend on any agreement with an operator. We do not accept payments for a place in a comparison. The existence of an affiliate programme may influence whether a given offer appears in a comparison at all, but it does not buy a place in the top three — the substantive assessment and the criteria remain transparent and described. We describe the monetisation model of the site in the footer.
In practice this means that:
- We describe the monetisation model as a whole in the footer of every page of the Site. We place no labels about settlements with third parties next to the links themselves.
- The order in a ranking follows from an assessment against the transparent criteria described in the methodology of that comparison. We publish the criteria together with the ranking.
- An affiliate agreement may influence whether a given offer appears in a comparison at all and how extensively we describe it. We do not sell unlabelled positions.
- Every link leads to the official website of the entity. Some of those visits are settled under an affiliate model and some are not.
- Affiliate remuneration does not change the terms of the offer available to you and does not increase your costs.
Offers, promotions and programmes described on the site may be available only to specific groups of recipients, in specific countries and for a specific time. The terms presented in the comparisons are illustrative and may differ from the current terms and conditions of the organiser. Always verify the terms directly at the source — at the bank, with the broker or on the exchange — before taking any action.
The names of brokers, banks, exchanges, platforms and financial products, and their logos, belong to their owners and are used solely for informational and identification purposes. We do not thereby suggest any affiliation with, patronage by or recommendation from those entities.
5. Accounts and local features
The Site does not offer registration, login or user accounts. The progress, notes and quiz features rely on the browser's local storage and are not processed by us. This means that:
- the data is not linked to your identity — we do not know who you are,
- we have no technical means of restoring your notes or progress,
- clearing the site data in your browser permanently deletes progress and notes, and we hold no copy of them,
- we do not guarantee the durability of that storage — it depends on your browser.
6. Intellectual property
The Content, its arrangement, composition, graphic design, editorial texts, original charts and diagrams, and the compilation of data are protected by law and are the property of the Operator or are used under licence.
You may use the Content for your own, non-commercial educational purposes, including quoting fragments with attribution and a link to the Site. It is forbidden to:
- copy the Content in whole or in substantial part and publish it as your own,
- bulk-download and process the Content in a way that burdens the Site's infrastructure,
- use the Content to train models in a way that infringes copyright or the terms of the Site,
- remove copyright notices, trademarks and source information.
The names of brokers, banks, exchanges and products, and their logos, belong to their owners and we use them solely for informational and identification purposes.
7. Permitted use
It is forbidden in particular to:
- take actions that breach the security of the Site, including attacks and attempts to bypass safeguards,
- impersonate the Operator or suggest a cooperation that does not exist,
- use the Site for activities contrary to law or infringing the rights of third parties,
- automatically generate traffic, scrape in a way that burdens the infrastructure, or take actions that disrupt availability for others.
In the event of a breach we may block access from a given address or take legal steps — to the extent that this is justified and proportionate.
8. Liability
We publish the content with due care, but it may contain errors or inaccuracies, or be out of date — regulations, costs, interest rates and offer terms change without notice. The materials do not replace the information documents, terms and conditions, price lists or prospectuses provided by the given institution. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the site content or for damage resulting from them. This exclusion does not cover cases in which the exclusion of liability is impermissible (including damage caused intentionally and consumer rights arising from mandatorily applicable law).
The liability of the Operator does not exclude or limit the cases in which exclusion is impermissible under mandatorily applicable law — including damage caused intentionally, liability for a dangerous product and consumer rights arising from the ustawa o prawach konsumenta (the Polish Consumer Rights Act) and the Kodeks cywilny (the Polish Civil Code).
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or privacy policy of external websites to which links on the Site lead. Using them is at your own risk and on those websites' terms.
9. Personal data, cookies and editorial content
The rules of data processing are described in the Privacy policy, and the range of technologies used — in the Cookie policy.
Some editorial materials are produced with the use of supporting tools, while retaining editorial substantive verification and source control. Responsibility for the published content rests with Redakcja Kurs Tradera. If you find an error, report it to our contact address — we make corrections together with the date of change.
10. Complaints and contact
Complaints, questions and reports of substantive errors should be sent to the address hi@zordonintelligence.pl or through the Contact page. In your report, give the URL of the content, a description of the problem and — if possible — the source that confirms the error.
We consider complaints within 14 days of receipt. If we do not reply within that time, the complaint is deemed upheld — unless the law provides otherwise. We make substantive corrections together with the date of the document change.
A consumer has the right to seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) and to check the entity authorised to resolve consumer disputes out of court in the European Commission's EU list: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies . The European Union's ODR platform, to which we previously referred, was closed on 20 July 2025.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
The governing law for the Terms of Service is Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the common courts having jurisdiction under Polish law — with the proviso that, in relation to a consumer, the jurisdiction of the court is determined on the principles laid down in the Kodeks postępowania cywilnego (the Polish Code of Civil Procedure), which may not deprive the consumer of protection.
The provisions of the Terms of Service do not exclude or limit the rights of a consumer arising from mandatorily applicable provisions of Polish law and European Union law.
12. Changes to the Terms of Service
The Operator may amend the Terms of Service, in particular in the event of a change in the law, in the scope of the Content or in the monetisation model. The new version is in force from the day of publication on this page, with the date and version number in the header. Continued use of the Site after a change means acceptance of the new version to the extent permitted by law.
This document has been in force since 2 October 2026 (version 1.3).
