Privacy policy of the site
This document describes what data is generated in connection with your use of the site, for what purpose and on what basis it is processed, and what rights you have.

Note: This document is informational and does not constitute individual legal advice. If anything is unclear, consult a qualified lawyer. The Polish version of this document is the binding one.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) is:
- ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (Zordon Intelligence Sp. z o.o.)
- KRS 0001190915 · NIP 7252358503 · REGON 542545843
- E-mail: hi@zordonintelligence.pl
- Operator's website: www.zordonintelligence.pl
KursTradera.pl (www.kurstradera.pl) is the brand of a site operated by the Controller. We have not appointed a separate Data Protection Officer — for matters concerning data protection, write to the e-mail address above with the subject “RODO / ochrona danych”.
2. What data we process
The site does not require creating an account and does not collect personal data in forms. We run no newsletter sign-ups, we do not provide login and we do not process data on that account.
| Data category | Purpose | Legal basis | Period |
|---|---|---|---|
| IP address, HTTP headers, information about the device and browser, request logs | Delivering the page, security, failure diagnostics, protection against abuse and attacks | Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest | Up to 30 days in standard logs; longer if a dispute or proceeding is ongoing |
| The content of correspondence you send yourself (e-mail address, message content) | Responding to a question, a bug report, handling a complaint or a GDPR request | Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest; as regards GDPR requests — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR | Up to 12 months from the end of the correspondence, unless the law requires longer |
| Aggregated traffic statistics — on the hosting provider's side only | Stability and security of the infrastructure | Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest | In line with the hosting provider's retention period |
| Data collected by Google AdSense: advertising file identifiers, information about the device and approximate location, data about ad impressions | Displaying ads and measuring their effectiveness — including personalisation if you accept it | Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent | Depending on the file set by Google (up to 13 months); after you withdraw consent we stop storing them and delete those belonging to our domain |
We do not use profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR and we do not take automated decisions producing legal effects for the user. We display personalised (behavioural) ads only with your consent: without it Google receives a denial signal and the ads are non-personalised. You can withdraw consent with the “Change consent” button or, independently of us, in your Google ad settings.
3. Data stored in your browser (localStorage)
The site runs entirely in the browser. Learning progress, notes and quiz results are stored
in localStorage — that is, in your browser's memory, on your device. This data is not sent to our server and we have no access to it. It contains
no personal data — it is lesson identifiers, the text of your notes and timestamps.
| Key | Content | Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
trader-completed | List of identifiers of completed lessons | Progress indicator and the track completion bar | Necessary to provide the service at your request |
trader-notes | Your notes assigned to lessons, together with a timestamp | Your own margin notes — the “Notes” feature | Necessary to provide the service at your request |
trader-quiz | The result (correct / incorrect) and the date of your answer to a quiz question | Remembering quiz results between visits | Necessary to provide the service at your request |
trader-consent-v1 | Your analytics decision: “granted” or “denied” | Remembering the choice so that we do not ask on every visit | Necessary in order to respect your decision |
trader-worksheet-v1 | Ticked items in the worksheet from the “Method of measurement” section | Progress counter for the three artefacts on the “Method of measurement” page | Necessary to provide the service at your request |
You can delete this data at any time with the “Clear my data” button on the /notatki page (as well as by clearing the site data in your browser settings). The consequence is the loss of saved progress and notes — we have no backup, because we have never seen this data. We describe the rules in more detail in the Cookie policy.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be transferred only to entities that are necessary for the site to operate:
- Hosting and infrastructure provider — maintains the servers on which the site runs and processes technical logs on our behalf.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — the provider of Google Analytics 4 (it processes measurement data on our behalf, only with your consent) and of Google AdSense. As regards the display and personalisation of ads, Google acts as a separate data controller and processes data in accordance with its own rules. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the standard contractual clauses applied by Google.
- E-mail provider — operates the mailbox to which correspondence is delivered.
- Legal and accounting advisers — only to the extent necessary to handle a specific matter or a reporting obligation.
- Public authorities — where the obligation to disclose data arises from law.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers of data outside the EEA
We use the services of providers whose infrastructure may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such a case the transfer of data is based on the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR — the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or a decision finding an adequate level of protection. Given the nature of the data (technical logs, correspondence), the scope of the transfer is limited to a minimum.
7. Retention period
We store data no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected — for the periods indicated in the table in point 2. The periods may be extended if a legal obligation, the pursuit of claims or the defence against claims so requires — until the proceedings are finally concluded.
8. Your rights
In connection with the processing of data you have:
- The right of access (Article 15 GDPR) — confirmation of whether we process your data, and obtaining a copy of it.
- The right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR) — correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
- The right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR) — requesting the deletion of data where there is no basis for processing it further.
- The right to restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR).
- The right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) — receiving data in a structured format.
- The right to object (Article 21 GDPR) — to processing based on legitimate interest.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
To exercise your rights, write to the address hi@zordonintelligence.pl. We reply without undue delay, and no later than one month from receipt of the request (Article 12(3) GDPR). The period may be extended by a further two months in the case of complex requests — we will then inform you of the reason.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures adequate to the risk: encryption of transmission (HTTPS/HSTS at the provider's level), restricted access to administrative panels, minimisation of the scope of data collected and no storage of user data on the server. No system, however, guarantees complete security — in the event of a data breach we act in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
10. Minors
The site is addressed to adults. We do not direct content to children and we do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16 years of age. Content concerning financial instruments is not intended for minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this document — for example when the law changes, when the range of tools we use changes, or when the site's monetisation model changes. The new version is in force from the day of publication on this page, and we indicate the date and version number in the document header. If a change significantly extends the scope of processing, we will announce it in a visible place on the site.
12. Contact
For matters concerning the protection of personal data: hi@zordonintelligence.pl. You will find other contact channels on the Contact page.
