Contacting the editorial team

The site is run single-handedly by a small editorial team — that is why we have no hotline or chat. A single e-mail channel works faster and does not lose reports. We reply to every message that concerns the site.

This is the only contact channel. Your message goes directly to the site operator.

If a promotion or offer described in a ranking does not match the organiser terms and conditions — let us know.

What we do not deal with by e-mail

  • We do not give investment advice or assess individual financial situations. We do not answer questions such as “should I buy now”.
  • We do not handle accounts at brokers, banks or exchanges. Matters concerning your account should be directed to the entity concerned.
  • We do not help recover funds from unauthorised platforms. In such a situation, report the matter to the police and to the supervisory authority.

How to report an error so that it can be fixed

  1. The URL of the page the report concerns.
  2. The exact quotation of the sentence that is wrong — copied out, not summarised.
  3. The source that confirms it: a document, an announcement or an article with a link.
  4. The date you read the data, if the data changes over time (fees, interest rates, promotion terms).

One sentence is enough for the report to be checkable. The more precise the quotation and the source, the sooner it goes to verification.

What happens to a report

Verification at the source
We check the claim in the document the report points to, not in a second article on the internet. If the source is unavailable, we say so plainly.
A correction in the text with a date
We change the content and note what has changed. We do not delete the trace of the error, because silence around a correction is worse for the reader than the correction itself.
A reply, including a refusal
If the source does not confirm the report, we explain why and leave our claim with the source given. A report goes unanswered only when it does not concern the site.

Matters that require a different channel

  • Matters concerning an account, an order, a withdrawal and complaints about a service — exclusively with your broker, bank or exchange.
  • A suspected fraud on an unauthorised platform — report it to the police and to the supervisory authority; keep all correspondence and transfer confirmations.
  • A consumer dispute with an entity on the market — a municipal or district consumer ombudsman. We do not act on your behalf in such matters.

Questions about contacting us

Do you reply to every message?
To every one that concerns the site. We do not answer questions about a specific transaction — an assessment of “should I buy now” would be investment advice, and the site does not provide it.
Do I have to give personal data?
To report an error, no. The address of the page, the quotation and the source are enough. Give your e-mail address only if you want a reply.
Will I see that something has been corrected?
Yes. We make the correction in the content and describe it in the text, and the material shows the date of the last change. That way you can see not only the current state, but also that the content is maintained.
